Emotive EV Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is committed to providing high-quality products and services to ensure customer satisfaction. If a customer wishes to request a refund for products or services purchased from the Company, please review the following Refund Policy carefully.


1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may submit a refund request under any of the following circumstances:

• The customer has paid a security deposit in accordance with the Company's terms and conditions.

• The customer has made an overpayment exceeding the amount charged by the Company's system.

• The product or service is defective due to a system error or a fault attributable to the Company.

• Any other circumstances that the Company deems appropriate for a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:

• The customer changes their mind after purchasing a product or service.

• The customer does not use the service or fails to use the service within the specified period.

• The customer violates the Company's terms, conditions, or service agreements.

• The product or service is clearly stated as non-refundable.

• The customer provides inaccurate information or is unable to verify their identity for refund processing.


3. Refund Request Procedure

Customers may submit a refund request through the channels designated by the Company and must provide the following information:

• Full name

• Email address or telephone number used for the purchase or booking

• Order number or proof of payment

• Details and reason for the refund request

• Supporting documents (if applicable)

The Company will review the refund request within a reasonable period and notify the customer of the outcome.


4. Refund Method and Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the Company will process the refund through the customer's original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by the Company.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method. However, the Company will process approved refunds within seven (7) business days from the date of approval.


5. Special Conditions for Motorcycle Rental Services

5.1 Security Deposit Refund

If a customer has paid a security deposit upon entering into a motorcycle rental agreement, the Company will inspect the motorcycle, equipment, and related property upon its return.

If no damage, loss, or outstanding charges are found, the security deposit will be refunded on the next business day.

The Company reserves the right to deduct any damages, penalties, or outstanding charges from the security deposit before issuing the refund.


5.2 Rental Cancellation

If a customer has prepaid the rental fee and wishes to cancel the reservation, the cancellation request must be submitted at least one (1) business day before the scheduled vehicle pickup date.

Upon approval, the refund will be processed in accordance with the Company's refund procedures within seven (7) business days.

The Company reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if the cancellation is made on the pickup date or after the pickup date.


6. Special Conditions for Product Purchases

If a customer is approved to return a product and the refund request is approved, the Company will process the refund within seven (7) business days from the approval date.

The Company may require the customer to return the product, including any related accessories and packaging, before processing the refund.


7. Changes to This Refund Policy

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Company's website or through its official communication channels and will not apply retroactively to purchases or services made prior to the effective date of such changes.
