You represent and warrant that you:

Orders, reservations, and electric motorcycle rental transactions submitted through the website shall be deemed complete only after the Company has received full payment and confirmed the transaction.

The Company reserves the right to reject, cancel, or suspend any order, reservation, or rental if inaccurate information is provided, payment is incomplete, or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.

5. Payments
Users agree to pay all applicable product prices, service fees, rental charges, security deposits, and any other fees specified by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify prices, fees, or payment terms at any time. Such changes shall not affect transactions that have already been confirmed.

6. Use of Electric Motorcycles
Users and renters agree to use electric motorcycles only for lawful purposes and in accordance with normal operating conditions.

Users further agree that they:

Hold a valid and unexpired driver's license where required by law.
Will not modify, alter, or tamper with any part of the motorcycle.
Will not use the motorcycle for racing, illegal activities, or any excessively hazardous purposes.
Shall be responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from intentional misconduct, negligence, or violation of the Company's policies.

7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, videos, software, and other materials, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
